Timor Leste Sakoko - Single Origin

A vibrant and expressive filter coffee with creamy fruit sweetness.

Grown in the highlands of Ermera in Timor-Leste, this coffee comes from small farms surrounding the Sakoko area and is carefully processed at the Railaco washing station. The region’s altitude, fertile soil, and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and distinctive flavour development.

Naturally processed and carefully sorted, the result is a cup that’s bright, aromatic, and beautifully layered when brewed as filter.

Strawberry yoghurt, citrus fruit, and cacao with a smooth, lightly boozy body.
